We spend much of our lives investing our time and energy into our capacity to control our future and live the lives we want. When times are good, we are able to exert a degree of control over the future. But how should we respond when these things, that previously offered us a measure of control, are shown to be less secure than we thought? This talk continues looking at the book of Ruth, we follow the story of a family facing an uncertain future and the alternative path they offer as we consider how to live through uncertain times.
