Do we really need to be told to take a day off?

'Take a day off and enjoy it' might not sound like much of a rule for life. It sounds like something we should all do pretty easily, right? But there is a certain appeal in skipping a day off to maximise the benefits that work brings us. Al Stewart helps us think through why it is important that we take a day off and how it points us to the ultimate rest that God has planned.
