Diversity and inclusion. Equal opportunity. Work health and safety laws. So many initiatives, yet we still feel unsafe with threats of racism, sexism and bullying in the workplace. Surely there must be a better way to engage at work. What if you could come to work feeling inspired, supported and valued instead of anxious, harassed or isolated?

Join us as we rethink workplace relationships and how each of us can make a difference. Let's consider how we can navigate challenges, discover opportunities and imagine possibilities.

Watch two short sharp talks. Meet and chat with other young workers. Discuss and ask your questions.

Format:
5:30pm - drinks and nibbles
6:30pm - talks, discussion and Q&A

Speakers:
Jill McAlpine is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years' experience catering to mental health aspects in school, prison and clinical settings and across not-for-profit, government and private sectors.
Simon Bibby is currently Principal Practice Lead of Employee Relations at Uniting WA. He has worked in the field of Industrial Relations and Human Resources for 35 years.
